To apply for a scholarship from the Southeast Virginia Community Foundation, please download and complete our Combined Scholarship Application or apply online below. Combined Scholarship Applications will be accepted between January 15th and April 30th.

***Note: Students wishing to apply for the C.S. Sherwood Scholarship must apply through Portsmouth Public Schools.
